UKA

UK Agility is an independent organisation based in Evesham. There are differences in how dogs are classified by height from the KC approach, and the way a dog and handler progresses through grades is different.

UKA competitions are friendly and fun. They also offer a great way to start  for the new handler. You can choose to run "not for competition" and take a toy into the ring with you. This is really useful if you have a nervous dog or if you want to concentrate on improving particular elements such as contacts.

UKA also offer Nursery and Casual classes, where the dog can jump lower than his competition height. In Nursery there are no weaves or see saw. These classes are good for young dogs or dogs returning from injury.

Visit the UKA website www.ukagility.com for more information or ask one of us for details - we all compete in UKA shows and have a thoroughly good time!
